Hi everybody!

I know you’ve all been waiting a long time for me to announce the release date of chapter 20 and I really appreciate your patience. I’ve been struggling with this chapter because I was trying to get everything wrapped up and make this the final chapter of Ravenous. I wasn’t able to get everything in there that I wanted and so, instead of making you all wait any longer, I decided to stop where I was and continue with another chapter after this one. So, there will definitely be a chapter 21. I’m not sure yet if it will be the final chapter, that’s what I’m planning on right now, but of course things could change.

As for chapter 20, I wanted to get it out within the next couple of weeks, but I’ll be out of town from May 18^th through May 23^rd so I won’t have as much time to work on it as I thought I would. So, I decided to set the release date for Saturday, May 31^st.

Thanks again for all your love and support you’ve all shown me. It’s been over 2 years since I first began writing Ravenous, and I know a lot of you have been with me from the beginning, and even more of you have climbed on board along the way. I appreciate each and every one of you…there would be no reason for me to write if it wasn’t for all of you. Thanks guys and gals. Love ya!

Sorry some of you are having problems reading chapter 19. I guess Matt forgot to update the non-javascript page when he uploaded the chapter. I’ll give him a call tomorrow and see if he can guide me through the process so I can do it myself and you won’t have to wait any longer. Sorry about that!

Hey guys and gals, I’ve got some good news!

I have chapter 19 written and I’ve even had time to start taking the pictures

I’m pretty sure I can have it all done in a couple of weekends, so I’m setting the next release date for Saturday, March 8th.

I want to take this time to thank you all for your sweet patience while I went through the nightmare of my illness and surgery, then the long recovery process.

You’ve all been so wonderful, and I love you guys!

For those of you who don’t visit myspace or the forum attached to my site, here’s an update on chapter 19 for you…

No, I didn’t die. Lol

I made it through my surgery just fine and I’m well on the road to recovery. Woot! This is my first week back at work and I’ve even been able to work out again! (Thank God) It felt like my muscles were turning to jello Lol.

Ok, now on to the important stuff…

I’ve got about 75% of Chapter 19 written and I hope to be able to work on it some more this weekend. As soon as I have it all written and get it proof-read I can give you an estimated date for the release.

Hey everybody,

I really hate to have to tell you all this, but as you have all realized by now, I’m going to have to delay the release of chapter 19. The reasons why are many and complicated, and I didn’t want to get into all this but I feel you deserve a better explanation other than “I couldn’t get it done in time”.

I’ve been having some serious medical problems for about 2 months now, or at least the doctors discovered it 2 months ago, and now I’m scheduled for surgery on January 9th. I don’t want to get into all the gory details, but there’s been a lot of pain involved and the medication I have to take to dull that pain pretty much knocks me out. That’s the main reason I haven’t been on here much and why I haven’t been able to work on chapter 19. I feel really bad, even though all this is out of my control.

I’ve never had to delay a chapter this long before and I’m sorry guys. I’d like to give you another estimated release date, but I don’t know how I’ll be feeling after my surgery and if I’ll be able to write the rest of it and take the pictures. The doctors told me the recovery time for this surgery is only about two and a half weeks, and I’ll be home from work that whole time, so I’m hoping I’ll feel up to working on Ravenous.

Once again, I’m really sorry everybody and as soon as I can get a firm release date for you, I’ll let you know.

I’m really sorry about the delay on chapter 19. I’ve been super busy and other “things” have been distracting me. lol
